OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be available 8:30 am Tuesday to Friday.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
  • Experience with POS systems is preferred; familiarity with technology sales or merchandising is a plus.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for order accuracy.
