The Mortar and Screed Company Ltd is looking for a Mortar & Concrete Technician and Plant Support Operative to join our team at Four Ashes. This is a hands-on role involving both technical testing and plant support duties.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Testing of all raw materials and finished products to ensure quality and compliance
✅ Assisting with plant operations
✅ Filling sand bins and general plant maintenance
✅ Supporting production and maintaining a safe working environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in mortar, concrete, or materials testing is helpful but not essential – training will be provided for the right candidate
• A proactive and hands-on approach to work
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
