REQUIREMENTS:

  • Maths and English - Grade 4 and above
  • A genuine interest in starting a career in the mortgage and financial services industry
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Responsibilities
  • Assisting Mortgage Advisors with the preparation and submission of mortgage applications
  • Liaising with clients, banks, and solicitors to gather and verify necessary documentation
  • Managing and tracking the progress of mortgage applications, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system
  • Responding to client queries and providing updates on the status of their applications
  • Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Supporting the team with any other duties as required
