MORTGAGE ADMINISTRATOR

Southampton Office (Hybrid after probation)
Salary: £24,000 + Bonus (OTE £30,000)
Are you highly organised, good under pressure, and looking for a company where you can grow and thrive in the mortgage industry?
We’re looking for a brilliant Mortgage Administrator to join our Southampton-based operations team. You’ll play a key role in supporting clients from mortgage application through to completion, working closely with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and providers to keep things moving smoothly and professionally.
It’s a great opportunity for someone with at least a year of admin experience who wants to develop in a fast-paced, rewarding role with a clear progression path.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients once their application has been submitted
  • Uploading documents to lender portals and chasing updates
  • Liaising with solicitors, lenders and providers to keep cases progressing
  • Completing ID checks, AML and compliance admin
  • Keeping our in-house system updated with accurate notes
  • Working closely with brokers and our operations team to deliver exceptional service
