Due to our growing reputation and new growth plans, Make Mortgages Easy are looking for an Experienced Mortgage Personal Assistant / Administrator. They need to be driven, ambitious, with have a mindset to learn and take on tasks.

- The Role

As a mortgage PA/Administrator you will be responsible for assisting our mortgage advisers. We believe great advice and offering a great service will create outstanding results and long term relationships with our clients.

Your week to week will consist of the following

  • Assisting mortgage advisers with affordability checks, contacting clients, checking all relevant documents and and submitting applications.
  • Gathering all required documents from our clients and carrying our due diligence and meeting all compliance expectations.
  • Contacting lenders and solicitors and regularly updating clients with the progress of their applications.
  • Managing the company CRM effectively.
  • Assisting and getting involved with any social media content.
  • Contacting existing clients regarding their mortgage renewal dates.
  • We like to go above and beyond to ensure our clients get the best service, therefore it’s super important you have a hands on, hardworking attitude to your day to day.

Experience and Qualifications

  • We're looking for an experienced Mortgage Administrator
  • Driven with a positive attitude towards your work.
  • Great communication skills and telephone manners.
  • Attention to detail is of most importance in this role.

  • Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience - OTE £32,000+ with monthly bonuses on top of salary

  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
  • A proactive attitude with a desire to learn about mortgage lending procedures and industry regulations
