Responsibilities

Your primary job will be to support our mortgage and protection advisors. The key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with clients and lenders to ensure a smooth transaction
  • Uploading information to lender and insurer online portals
  • Submitting mortgage and insurance applications on behalf of the advisors and their clients.
  • Working with Mortgage Advisers to get pipeline cases accepted and offered
  • Liaising with lenders and insurers for updates
  • Working to achieve service level timescales to ensure an outstanding customer experience
  • Vetting documentation to meet compliance guidelines
  • Provide an outstanding service to our clients (Phone and Email communications)

Experience working in Financial Services and or administration is preferred, but not necessary.
Strong candidates coming from an unrelated background will also be considered as full training will be provided
