MORTGAGE ADMINISTRATOR - FULL TIME - CALDECOTTE, MILTON KEYNES

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Full-Time experienced Mortgage Administrator / Case Progressor to join an incredibly highly successful partner firm of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation who are based in prominent offices in Caldecotte MK7.
Our highly valued AR partner is a dynamic, highly successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business that are looking to grow their business still further with the addition of a further experienced Mortgage Administrator to the existing team.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Minimum of 2 years mortgage linked administration experience.
• Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
• Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
• Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service

THE ROLE IS OFFICE BASED, MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9AM - 5PM.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients and providers / lenders.
We are ideally looking for mortgage linked administration experience gained in a busy mortgage broking business.
Should the candidate be keen then transition to Mortgage Advisory may be available with this role in the future.
Competitive salary of upto £28,000 plus bonus taking the role to £32,000 OTE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
• Pro-actively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion
• Dealing with incoming calls and emails
• Submission of mortgage & protection applications
