• Advise: Hold video/telephone calls with our clients from across the country, and collate all details and requirements for their mortgage application; whilst building a great relationship.
• Deliver tailored advice: Effectively present a solution and deliver advice on all areas of our clients Mortgage and Protection needs, ensuring that a positive outcome is reached from the most challenging of situations.
• Create client relationships: Take personal responsibility for the client experience delivered, ensuring it is to the highest standard verbally and digitally.
• Collaborate: Work alongside our post application teams to effectively communicate and deliver a great all round customer experience, ensuring that the business meets its overall goals.
