QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Educational Requirements:
• A qualification in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
• The APA Loans designation is the minimum industry qualification required for this role, completed additional QFA exams are an advantage.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a mortgage advisory or financial services role is preferred, with a strong understanding of mortgage products, the application process and the local business market in Wexford.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in mortgage software and Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is advantageous.

• Willingness to work outside standard hours, including evenings or weekends, if required.
• As a small team, you may also be required to assist other parts of the business occasionally, in areas such as Customer Service or Customer banking transactions.
