Charleston Financial is one of the UK’s leading specialist mortgage brokers. We offer finance solutions including commercial mortgages, specialist buy-to-let, bridging (short term) finance, development funding, and first and second charge mortgages.
As part of our growth strategy we are currently looking to recruit Mortgage Advisors with a proven background in providing high standards of professional advice on mortgage and protection products.
As a business we receive a high level of direct customer enquiries together with introductions from other brokers and introduction partners, so it will also be part of your role to liaise with third party intermediaries as well.
The role requires an outstanding telephone manner, strong organisational skills and a drive to provide excellent customer services.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• CeMap qualification or equivalent (level 1,2 and 3)
• 1 years+ mortgage advising experience (independent advice preferable), we will also accept applications from newly qualified mortgage advisors with a strong mortgage administrative background.
• A good listener that understand client’s financial goals with a proactive thought process
• Exceptional communication and organisation skills
• A positive and friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues, fitting in with a team first environment
  Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm - Office Based
