The role

You advise. Client meetings, loan structuring, lender selection, records of advice.

Every lead reaches you pre-qualified on loan size, income and refix window before you speak to anyone. As the desk builds out, a salesperson runs the calls and completes the fact-find before you meet, and a loan writer handles the application, the bank, the conditions and settlement. Your week is clients and advice. Not dialling, not paperwork.
