• Responsible for selling mortgage products, processes, and services while building, maintaining, and managing real estate relationships.
• Sales and business advice to the customer as well as issue resolution.
• Handling agent and Broker-Owner issues and concerns skills required.
• Present and sell features and benefits of services to client leadership and their subordinate target audience.
• Analyze territory production levels using deep scan review monthly, quarterly, and YTD.
• Review data and sell my firm's services as solutions with Real Estate Broker-Owner.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred, showcasing a solid understanding of sales principles.
• Valid real estate license, demonstrating commitment to the profession and adherence to legal requirements.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field, highlighting proven success in sales performance.
• Experience in residential real estate markets, understanding client needs and property nuances in local areas.
