JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage application process, providing expert advice on suitable mortgage products, and ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the mortgage market to help clients make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Assess clients’ financial situations and advise on appropriate mortgage options.
- Conduct thorough research on available mortgage products and lenders.
- Prepare and submit mortgage applications on behalf of clients.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders to facilitate the mortgage process.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the application process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in the mortgage market.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
