Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for mortgage and property financing.
• Understand clients' financial requirements and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
• Explain mortgage products, interest rates, repayment terms, eligibility criteria, and related costs to clients.
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate mortgage applications.
• Collect and verify required client documents.
• Follow up with clients and banks throughout the mortgage approval and disbursement process.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, real estate agents, and business partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Stay updated on UAE mortgage regulations, bank policies, interest rates, and available financing products.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding sales performance and pipeline.

Requirements

• Previous experience in mortgage advisory, banking, financial services, real estate, or sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the UAE mortgage and property financing market is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and business development skills.
• Ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve targets.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills.
