Description

What You’ll Do :

  • Drive Sales: Generate new business to meet your sales goals for mortgage products.
  • Guide Clients: Clearly explain the mortgage loan process, from documentation and application to final approval.
  • Manage the Process: Work with clients before and after approval to ensure all necessary paperwork and formalities are completed smoothly.
  • Ensure Quality: Maintain high standards by submitting error-free applications and meeting turn-around times.
  • Build Partnerships: Assist Relationship Managers in forming new relationships with real estate agents. You’ll also be responsible for listing at least two new real estate companies each quarter and building connections with staff at developer offices.
  • Focus on Growth: Prioritize bringing in new customers to the bank.
  • Support the Team: Help with team reporting (MIS) and provide regular updates on the sales pipeline.

What You’ll Bring:

  • The right attitude
  • At least 1 years of experience in a sales-focused role, ideally with prior experience in financial products.
  • Strong Sales Skills: Excellent interpersonal and selling skills to attract new customers and cross-sell to existing ones.
  • Product Expertise: Knowledge of the mortgage product is a plus but willingness to learn and improve product knowledge is a must.
  • Attention to Detail: The ability to identify high-quality loan applications and submit only the most relevant files for credit approval.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
