LOCATION: FULLY REMOTE BUT IDEALLY NEED TO BE BASED IN THE SOUTH EAST/LONDON

Our client is a WOM brokerage who specialises in New Builds but they also deal with FTB Home-Movers, Shared Ownership, BTL mortgages. This company also deals with Life insurance and Buildings and Contents insurance so they are looking for a mortgage and protection advisor to join their team.
To note: You will have to work weekends every 2-3 weeks, this is just on call for emails and calls.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO BECOME A NEW BUILD MORTGAGE & PROTECTION ADVISOR;

• Ideally 2 years as a new build mortgage advisor
• CeMAP is required

• Advise customers on the best mortgage for them
• Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
• Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
• Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.
