JOB TITLE: MORTGAGE ADVISOR. (MAINSTREAM LENDING)

Location:* Flexible — Fully remote or at Haysto HQ in Norwich.*
Salary:* Up to £35,000 basic (DOE).*
Year 1 Guarantee:* £45,000 Minimum earning guarantee.
Year 2 OTE:* Realistic earnings of £75,000+*
Target Candidates: Applicants must be Fully CeMAP qualified, with at least 12 months’ experience in a regulated mortgage advice role, and have held Competent Adviser Status (CAS) within the last 12 months.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on:
  • First-time buyer mortgages
  • Home movers and remortgages
  • Buy‑to‑let and investment mortgages.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Process and advise on 15+ mortgage applications per month
  • Collaborate closely with specialist teams handling customer acquisition, pipeline progression, and insurance.
