About the Role

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will work closely with our real estate agents and clients to understand their financing requirements and guide them through the mortgage process from initial consultation through to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is commercially driven, confident dealing with clients, and has a strong understanding of the UAE mortgage market.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable mortgage and financing options based on their individual circumstances
• Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion
• Build strong relationships with clients, banks, lenders and real estate agents
• Work closely with our sales team to identify and convert mortgage opportunities
• Provide accurate guidance on eligibility, documentation, rates and financing options
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions throughout the application process
• Ensure clients receive a high level of service and regular updates
• Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients
• Generate new mortgage business through referrals, networking and internal leads
• Stay up to date with UAE mortgage regulations, lending criteria and market changes
• Consistently work towards individual and company sales targets

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Broker or similar role
• Strong knowledge of the UAE mortgage market
• Existing relationships with UAE banks and lenders is highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending criteria and application processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong sales and business development ability
• Confident working with high-net-worth clients
• Highly organised with excellent follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a sales team
• UAE real estate or financial services experience is preferred
