JOB DESCRIPTION

EBS William St., Limerick are currently recruiting for the role of Mortgage Advisor, working with clients to finance purchase of properties and switching of existing mortgages. Working within a team of advisors and in a fast-paced environment the successful candidate will be a strong people person, team player and be able to manage a portfolio of clients.
Your focus will be on taking the client and guiding them through the mortgage journey providing the best service possible.

EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years’ experience in a Mortgage Advisor / Assessor / Underwriter role
• Strong knowledge & experience of the full mortgage process including packaging, pipeline management etc.
• Strong client-facing experience is a requirement and a proven ability to build a strong client rapport.
• Professional approach and proven experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Min. APA in Home Loans and CPD up to date (QFA an advantage).
• Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail is a must
• Proficiency in MS Office applications – Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Highly self-motivated & ability to work on own initiative
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: €35,000.00-€50,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Mortgage Advice: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• QFA / Home Loans APA (required)

• Advising new clients on mortgage options available to them
• Management and ownership of the complete mortgage process ensuring accurate entry of data
• Tracking of new business pipeline ensuring efficient turnaround of proposal
• Liaising with clients throughout the mortgage completion process
• Ensuring client files are complete and in compliance with policies and procedures before submitting
• Dealing with all administration queries arising on a day-to-day basis regarding client applications and keep the manager updated on all relevant matters arising
• Provide full administration support in all aspects of new business and for existing client reviews
• Maintain and manage the new business pipeline ensuring it is fully up to date at all times
• Grow and maintain internal and external relationships and networks of contacts which result in the generation of business leads
• Prospecting through network events, online, email and face to face meetings
• Other duties and responsibilities as they arise that may be required in order to grow the business
• General office Administration and supporting teller operations
