POSITION OPENING: MORTGAGE ANALYST

We are a mortgage / finance company providing professional services located in North York, Ontario. We are currently hiring a Mortgage Analyst, a full-time position, with paid vacation days and group medical/dental insurance benefits.

Job responsibility:

• Assist on mortgage underwriting and fulfil the documentation requirements
• Identify clients’ financial goals and objectives, analyze clients’ financial situations, develop the best suitable plans for clients, enter & submit mortgage application and negotiate mortgage applications with banks and lending institutions
• Financial background, understanding lending policy and guidelines is the key

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years related work experience or more
• Good work ethic, attention to detail
• Finance background, and Bachelor degree
• Fluent Mandarin and English, Cantonese is a plus
• Effective interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• This is an in-office position; Monday to Friday normal working hours
