We have advisers based around the region and can offer face to face, video call or telephone appointments.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are Looking for an Experienced Mortgage Adviser to join our team of advisers. Mortgages Now partners with Andrew Craig Estate Agents and Yorkshire Building Society Sunderland, to provide expert financial advice to clients. Working in partnership with these businesses as a mortgage adviser, you will have access to a fantastic lead source with appointments and leads generated by the established sales teams. We have branches across the North East, in Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland and South Tyneside and you will be covering multiple branch locations.
You will need to be CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified and have at least 6 months current mortgage advising experience to be considered.

• Building strong relationships with clients to understand their individual mortgage and protection needs.
• Providing clear, honest, and expert advice across a broad range of mortgage products and protection solutions.
• Supporting clients throughout their home-buying journey, simplifying the process and taking the stress out of it.
• Keeping up to date with the latest market trends, lender criteria, and regulatory changes

The Basic salary for this role is £28,000 per year plus a bonus scheme.
