As we expand our business, a new and exciting opportunity has been created for a self-motivated, ambitious individual to join our team as a full-time Mortgage and Protection Advisor. As part of Mortgage Information Bureau, you will receive:

• A competitive basic salary, in the region of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience).

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Must be CeMap qualified
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Mortgage and Protection industry.
• Proven track record in sales.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast paced conditions.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a target-driven environment.
• IT literate e.g., comfortable working with MS Office applications and broker systems.

• Liaising with clients throughout their journey with us, providing them with professional advice on a wide range of products and services, tailored to their specific needs.
• Communicating with a wide range of lenders, insurance providers and other key stakeholders throughout various stages of the mortgage and protection process.
• Generating new leads and maximising the opportunity from all potential business, to meet and exceed targets.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and regulations.
• Ensuring all relevant CRM systems are updated and meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
