We are working with a small mortgage company based in Barking. They are looking for a self employed mortgage and protection advisor that preferably speaks Urdu and/or Punjabi as many of the clients don’t speak fluent English. They deal with all kinds of mortgages from First Time Buyers to Shared Ownership.
Please note you will be working out of an estate agents 2 days a week.

REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME A MORTGAGE & PROTECTION ADVISOR;

• Previous Mortgage & protection Advisor experience
• Fully CeMAP qualified
• Must be able to manage own workload and stay organised
• Ideally speak Urdu and/or Punjabi

• Liaise with lenders to secure competitive mortgage rates
• Stay updated on mortgage products, policies, and regulations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Must be able to manage own diary
