We’re looking for a Mortgage Associate who thrives behind the scenes, loves checklists, and enjoys making things run smoothly. You’ll work directly with our Mortgage Advisor to support the client journey—from post-consultation follow-up to funding.

YOUR ROLE:

You’ll be the operational backbone of the mortgage process, ensuring files are accurate, complete, and moving forward. After the Mortgage Advisor conducts the initial consultation, you take the baton and manage the process all the way to funding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow up with clients to collect documents and applications after the initial consultation
• Set up client applications in Finmo and ensure all required data is complete
• Support lender submission by gathering any final information requested by the Advisor
• Build and send e-signature packages to the client after mortgage approval.
• Follow up with clients to collect signed documents and upload them to the lender portals
• Review lender conditions (e.g., appraisal, income docs, down payment history, lease agreements).
• Collect the supporting documents/conditions from the clients and upload them accurately and on time
• Follow up with lenders to ensure timely review of conditions and funding
• Coordinate with lawyers on closing packages and send relevant info
• Follow up with clients post-funding to request Google reviews
• Assist with ad hoc marketing and client engagement campaigns
