4. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a mortgage, bridging, or financial services case-handling role (essential).
• CeMAP or equivalent mortgage qualification (desirable).
• Proven track record of managing cases from application to completion.
• Experience liaising with brokers, clients, solicitors, and lenders.
