SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of financial services, particularly in mortgages and lending practices.

CE-MAP QUALIFIED

• Proficient in basic mathematics for calculating loan amounts, interest rates, and repayments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service excellence.
