Description:

As a mortgage broker assistant, you will work closely with our mortgage broker to provide assistance and support for our company’s mortgage operations. You will assist in handling daily tasks, communicating with clients, and coordinating internal and external resources to ensure smooth and efficient business processing.
Daily Responsibilities:
1. Assist the mortgage broker in handling daily loan applications and approval processes.
2. Communicate effectively with clients, answer mortgage-related questions, and follow up on business matters.
3. Coordinate collaborations with banks and financial institutions to ensure smooth processing and approval of mortgage applications.
4. Track the mortgage process and maintain timely communication with clients and relevant departments.
5. Assist the Marketing Manager in conducting market research.
Job Requirements:
1. Fluent in both Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate and write business emails fluently.
2. Prior experience in a relevant industry is preferred, with knowledge of loan application and processing procedures being a plus.
3. Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build good relationships with clients and team members.
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
