REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed Cert IV and Diploma in Mortgage Broking.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Mortgage Broker (not as Broker Support).
• Proven record of 100+ settled deals in career.
• Ability to manage 10+ active clients at any given time.
• Currently settling minimum $3M+ per month.
• Experience handling 20+ SMSF deals and 20+ Trust borrower deals in career.
• Strong client relationship skills and the ability to work independently.

• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth settlements.
• Manage a portfolio of active clients while ensuring high service standards.
• Stay updated with lender policies, compliance requirements, and industry changes.
