• Receive pre-completed application forms with document packages from our system.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of all submitted documents.
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications to multiple banking partners.
• Monitor application status and negotiate terms with banks.
• Coordinate any additional documentation requests from banks.
• Manage the process through to final disbursement.
• Keep CRM updated with every application’s status — no loose ends.
• Identify and implement process optimizations.
