QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in mortgage sales or financial services (3+ years preferred)
• Previous leadership or team management experience is strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of the mortgage loan process, products, and compliance standards
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong sense of accountability
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license or ability to obtain one

• Lead, train, and support a team of mortgage loan originators
• Set clear sales goals, performance metrics, and accountability systems
• Recruit top-performing sales talent and help them hit the ground running
• Monitor pipeline activity and ensure loan officers are meeting or exceeding expectations
• Collaborate with leadership to implement sales strategies and increase market share
• Ensure compliance with company policies and mortgage industry regulations
• Build strong relationships with 80 real estate agents of The Oldfather Group of Compass Real Estate, builders, and other referral partners
