About the Role: We are seeking experienced, proactive Mortgage Brokers to service a steady pipeline of warm, pre-qualified investment clients. You’ll provide tailored finance solutions to help members secure investment properties. Responsibilities: Conduct structured finance sessions to assess client goals and borrowing capacity Manage loan applications end-to-end, ensuring compliance and timely settlements Liaise with lenders, brokers, and internal teams to progress applications Provide borrowing capacity assessments and workshop finance scenarios Maintain accurate records in CRM and compliance systems Request lender pricing discounts and interpret credit reports What We’re Looking For: Cert IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking 3+ years of mortgage broking experience Proven success in off-the-plan, land & build, SMSF or investment loans Strong communication, attention to detail, and client service focus Confidence using CRM platforms, lender tools, and compliance systems Ability to work autonomously and manage your pipeline Must be willing to undergo and pass a police check, background check, and social media check as a condition of employment (consent form will be provided to successful candidates) How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a short cover letter outlining your mortgage broking and investment lending experience.
