About the Role As a Call Center Associate, you’ll reach out to potential clients who’ve submitted inquiries online, conduct a short qualification screening and needs assessment, then transfer the client to a Licensed Advisor. Royal United provides training and support for the entire process to give you the knowledge, tools, and confidence to succeed in this role. We are searching for individuals with strong communication skills and an interest in developing their career in sales.
