Crystal Specialist Finance is a leading packager and distributor of specialist financial products. We work closely with lenders, brokers, and clients to deliver outstanding service and tailored funding solutions.
The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Lending Manager to oversee new loan applications from submission through to completion. You’ll be the key link between lenders, brokers, solicitors, and internal teams, ensuring every case runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Take full ownership of loan applications, managing them proactively through to completion.
  • Build strong relationships with lenders, brokers, and colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and lender criteria, sharing updates with the team.
  • Meet agreed service levels and performance targets.
  • Assess and verify supporting documentation in line with lender and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and escalate case issues, risks, or opportunities for improvement.
  • Champion compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Actively contribute ideas to improve processes, training, and service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in regulated or specialist finance.
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and telephone.
  • Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident using multiple systems and managing detailed case files.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and working to tight deadlines.
  • Numerate, literate, and detail-oriented.
