Job Title: Mortgage Case Manager
Location: Leicester
Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 6 pm.

They are a large, award-winning mortgage and protection company with advisors all over the country, but their head office is in Leicester.
They are looking for a mortgage case manager to join their team in Leicester. The starting basic salary is up to 26k + bonus. Great opportunities for progression!

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR A MORTGAGE CASE MANAGER TO COME ON BOARD: -

• A background within financial administration is required
• Have good PC skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Organised & Reliable
• Good at juggling tasks and prioritising
• Good time management

• Good communication between all parties involved (advisors, clients, builders, surveyors, and lenders) is necessary to guarantee that all “cases” proceed promptly to the “offer” stage.
• Update all parties involved on the status of the “case”, including gathering any missing information and documents.
• Support, as appropriate, “cases” from lender submission through to exchange/completion, enabling customers to own their dream home.
• Liaise with key stakeholders throughout the process (including solicitors)
