JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Mortgage Advisor at Wizhull Real Estate Mortgage Brokerage, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process and helping them secure the best financing options. You will play a key role in providing expert advice, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE mortgage field.
• Strong understanding of UAE real estate and mortgage markets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to assess clients’ financial capabilities and recommend suitable products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Analyze clients’ financial situations to recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
• Guide clients through the entire mortgage process, from application to approval.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE mortgage products, policies, and market trends.
• Collaborate with banks, lenders, and real estate agents to ensure smooth processing.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
