Expertise in Conventional and HELOC Mortgage products requiring knowledge of departmental procedures. Review and verifies loan documents for accuracy in reporting of Denied loans and HMDA per Compliance and Investor regulations. Making certain that all loans are meeting the required TRID timelines. Maintains and prepares files on each loan type and ensures that information is complete and accurate.
