The Mortgage Lender builds and fosters relationships with customers, bank staff, real estate professionals, contractors, and other community members to promote mortgage products and drive new business. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent, plus additional training in banking, sales, or real estate * 2 - 3 years of experience in mortgage lending or sales role is preferred * Demonstrated knowledge of conventional mortgage loan products as well as other loan programs such as portfolio loan options, home equity lines of credit, and second mortgages.
