The main responsibilities of this position will be:

  • Customer facing is required
  • Support sales manager in conducting mortgage related activities
  • Meet, identify, and qualify potential prospects
  • Leads/applications generation, lodgement, tracking & management
  • Process mortgage form applications to settlement
  • Handle post-settlement inquiries
  • Identify client needs across other financial sectors, eg. wealth, super, risk and accounting needs
  • Office Adminstration

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
  • Exceptional time management to meet deadlines
  • A team player
  • Attention to details
  • Cantonese or Mandarin speaker is preferred
