Job Description

As a Mortgage Licensing Specialist for our Support Team, you’ll be the gatekeeper for state-by-state licensing compliance across our growing network of Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) in the following ways:

• Own the NMLS license setup and maintenance process for all MLOs.
• Ensure accurate sponsorship updates and license tracking in real time.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Compliance, HR, Onboarding, etc.) to support onboarding timelines and license status timelines.
• Support our staff in NMLS-related tasks or reporting.
