Position Summary: Responsible for booking closed residential loan packages, processing payoffs from investors and other clerical duties.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Financial organizational skills and financial information understanding. Previous banking experiences with an understanding of loan documents preferred. Experience with Encompass considered a plus.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND SPECIALIZED TRAINING:

High school diploma or GED

1. Responsible for booking closed mortgage loans.
2. Processing investor payoffs.
3. Assist with HMDA Review and Reporting
4. Other duties as assigned by management.
