Performs variety of clerical duties requiring knowledge of departmental procedures. Assembles and verifies loan documents for accuracy per Compliance and Investor regulations. Maintains and prepares files on each loan type and ensures that information is complete and accurate. Post-Closing of files including preparing tickets, tracking and recording of legal documents. Key Responsibilities Prepare documents needed to close any type of mortgage (Secondary Market; Equilines, Construction and Lot Loans) and coordinate with title companies to send out mortgage packages Review Title Commitment for Compliance with loans products Post Close various loans prepared by running tickets and payoffs, mail invoices, order checks, follow up tracking and upload for document storage Prepare and file mortgage releases, mortgages, assignments or any other documents as needed within Simplifile Track recorded documents and review final title policies to comply with investor regulations All other job duties as assigned * The company reserves the right to modify duties and responsibilities over time as needed. Requirements Minimum Qualifications Must have a high school diploma Preferred Qualifications Previous loan processing or closing with general knowledge of Government Loans Strong working knowledge of lending policies, procedures and documentation requirements Knowledge of Government Loans Skills Attention to detail Must possess good computer and time management skills Must have good communication skills and the ability to work with all personnel Must have strong attention to detail Has the ability to achieve profit, growth and customer service objectives within Bank Policy guidelines Work Environment Primarily office or branch-based environment with standard business hours.
