In this role you will be reviewing files, communicating with the loan team and title company, and performing quality control. Experience Preferred: Experience in mortgage loan closing/funding preferred. Requirements Responsibilities: Review loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with various parties to gather necessary documentation for loan closing. Prepare and finalize loan documents for closing/funding. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Quick learner capable of adapting to evolving industry standards and procedures. Self-starter with strong motivation and the ability to work autonomously. Coachable individual willing to learn and implement feedback for professional growth. Comfortable with change and able to adjust to new technologies and processes seamlessly. Effective communicator both verbally and in written communication. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in loan closing/funding processes. Qualifications: Previous experience in mortgage loan closing/funding preferred. Proficient in reviewing loan documents and ensuring accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work well under stress and meet tight deadlines. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
