MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR

We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for guiding clients through the entire mortgage process, from initial application to closing. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of loan products and a proven ability to build and maintain a network of business referral partners.

• Originate and Manage Loans: Originate new mortgage loans, negotiate terms, and take applications. You’ll work closely with internal teams (processors, underwriters) to ensure a smooth, timely closing process.
• Meet Production Goals: Achieve and exceed loan production targets set by the Branch Manager.
• Build Your Network: Develop and maintain a network of real estate agents, builders, and other professionals to generate business referrals. You’ll represent the company at professional organizations and community events.
• Provide Expert Guidance: Advise clients on various loan programs (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA), analyze their financial data, and identify the best products to meet their needs.
• Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and federal/state regulations, including the SAFE Act.
