What You’ll Do:

• Originate purchase and refinance loans in a fast-moving, digital-first environment
• Close company-generated leads and generate your own through your network and brand
• Manage a pipeline of prequalified borrowers using our tech-driven process
• Collaborate with real estate agents and partners to create a seamless customer experience
• Stay ahead of market changes to educate and empower clients

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of mortgage origination experience
• Active NMLS license (multi-state preferred)
• Passion for social media, personal branding, or digital lead generation
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset - you want to grow something big
• Deep commitment to helping buyers access smarter, more affordable home financing
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
