• Hourly + commission for candidates with sales experience in the mortgage industry.
• Two, aggressive compensation plans.

• Build relationships with borrowers, offering expert guidance on home mortgage products that meet their needs.
• Assist clients in reviewing their mortgage applications and documentation, while working closely with our highly incentivized in-house processors.
• Manage your own sales pipeline using our CRM, making daily (no cold calling) outbound calls to the fresh, high-quality leads we provide.
• Ensure loans meet company policies and comply with state, regional, and federal regulations.
