Description

A financial institution in the West Knoxville area is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer.

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor & Closer to manage mortgage files from application through closing. This role is essential to ensuring smooth, timely, and compliant loan processing while delivering excellent service to borrowers and internal partners. Candidates with bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency are strongly encouraged to apply, though it is not a requirement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: 3+ years in mortgage loan processing and closing
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
  • Language:
  • Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish and English (speak, read, write, translate)
  • Not Required: Non-bilingual candidates will also be considered

SKILLS:

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital tools
