Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in loan processing, underwriting, and a strong understanding of financial services.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify loan applications for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and internal policies
- Communicate with clients, underwriters, and loan officers to gather necessary information
- Analyze credit reports, income documentation, and asset statements
- Prepare mortgage loan files for underwriting approval
- Coordinate with banks and other financial institutions for loan funding
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
Skills
- Proficiency in loan processing and contract review
- Knowledge of Underwriting processes and procedures
- Familiarity with 10 key typing and mathematical skills
- Experience in financial services and credit analysis
- Understanding of FNMA guidelines and regulations
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience working in a bank or financial institution

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
