PMI Puerto Rico is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processor / Transaction Coordinator with experience in mortgage processing, loan documentation, and closing procedures. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all administrative aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining timelines, communicating with all parties, and ensuring a smooth process for our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor, Transaction Coordinator, or similar role within the mortgage or real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage loan processes, underwriting procedures, and closing documentation.
  • Familiarity with loan origination processes and transaction management systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
