We are looking for a Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist to ensure accurate and efficient servicing of our mortgage loan portfolio while providing exceptional customer care. This position plays a vital role in supporting our borrowers and maintaining the integrity of our loan operations from booking through payoff. Key Responsibilities * Maintain and update mortgage loan accounts to ensure accuracy of payments, escrow activity, and account data. * Process mortgage payments, payoffs, rate changes, and construction loan draws. * Manage escrow accounts, including disbursement of taxes and insurance, escrow analysis, and borrower communication. * Conduct periodic reviews of mortgage files for compliance with flood insurance and regulatory requirements. * Prepare and process releases, partial releases, and investor-related loan servicing activities. * Balance general ledger accounts and manage post-closing quality control requests from investors. * Support system upgrades, audits, and compliance reviews by providing accurate documentation. * Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in business, finance, or related field preferred. * 2–4 years of experience in mortgage loan servicing, loan operations, or a related banking role preferred. * Strong understanding of mortgage lending regulations and escrow administration. * Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Strong communication and customer service skills with a commitment to confidentiality and teamwork.
