  • Strong written & verbal communication (talking and typing, basically).
  • Comfortable with compliance, confidential info, and technical lingo.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-directed.
  • Skilled with Excel, Word, Outlook, and balancing accounts (your jam).
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Entering and reviewing loan information in our Core system.
  • Tracking insurance & flood policies, and handling escrow analysis.
  • Posting payments and payoffs, and initiating ACH transactions.
  • Disbursing taxes and insurance premiums — with laser precision.
  • Assisting customers and internal teams with accuracy and care.
  • Clearing document exceptions and reconciling accounts like a boss.
  • Staying on top of training and compliance like it’s second nature.
